Who is Stephan Dion

In the nighties, when the bloc was trying to break up the country (95) Dion did all he could to make sure that didn't happen. For that I thank him. But I don't think he's a leader of this country.
Liz May is still trying to get into the tv debates...our national tv networks said NYET
